Download the HealthMotivate app
- Visit healthmotivate.digital/a/ on your mobile device.
- Tap Install
- Open the app
Email invitations
If your care team added your email address manually, you will receive an email.
- Tap the download button that corresponds with your mobile device. iPhone users tap “Download on the App Store” and Android users choose “Get it on Google Play.”
- You will be taken to the app store.
- Tap Install.
- Open the app.
