The Engage messaging feature—powered by Stream—lets you send and receive messages directly in the Engage App. You can:
- Chat one-on-one with your Care Team
- Participate in group conversations with peers (if enabled by your Care Team)
- Share images, files (like PDFs), and links
- React to messages, reply in threads, and more
Why Use Messaging?
- Ask questions and receive timely answers from your Care Team
- Get support by connecting with peers in shared interest groups
- Stay informed about important updates, reminders, or events
